Taum Hemmingsen is a Mortgage Banker and Owner of  Marketline Mortgage, LLC.

Taum has a degree in business from Arizona State University and over 15 years of brokerage experience. Before starting his own real estate financing company he was an award-winning executive with Fortune 500 companies. It is Taum's goal to help buyers make sound decisions and develop smart investment strategies.

Taum is considered one of the most trusted, knowledgeable experts in the field of mortgage lending and is often consulted by colleagues and media for his input. He has been on the faculty of the Arizona School of Real Estate and is a skilled trainer and speaker. In addition, he is nationally licensed, a member of the Arizona Mortgage Lenders Association, the Mortgage Bankers Association, a member of Highlands Church, and a lifetime member of the ASU Alumni Association. Taum has been a regularly featured guest on ABC's Home Hunter Show.

Taum enjoys family life, travel, sports, cooking and music (almost as much as he loves helping people purchase homes). In addition to his home and main office in Arizona, Taum and his family have a home and office in northern Oregon.
